When Jessica Fraser photographs a wedding it’s the little things that mean the most. In her eyes, the magic of a wedding exists not in the posed photographs that are standard practice for many san diego wedding photographers. Instead, the stuff of fairytales resides in the memorable moments that mark any occasion where true and loving relationships are on display.
With a personal and friendly approach, Jessica strives to capture the special events of a wedding as they unfold, naturally. From the initial consultation to the final delivery of a couple’s precious photographic memories, the goal is to focus on those instances that showcase people being genuine and full of emotion. What moments from a couple’s special day are going to live on in the hearts and minds of the bride and groom, their family and friends and invited guests? What unexpected occurrence will be talked about for years to come? What interaction, happening just out of the spotlight, truly illustrates what this day means to people? These unique moments are the photographic images Jessica wants to find through her lens.
As a san diego wedding photographer, Jessica calls on her experiences as a product manager, graphic designer and a person who loves getting to know new people to manage the flow of the day’s events and to help everyone involved feel at ease in front of the camera. For her, this marks the best way to pick up on the true personalities and emotions of the wedding party, family members and guests. While other wedding photographers talk about limits, Jessica, never in a hurry to leave, looks for moments, once-in-a-lifetime moments that last forever.
Based in Chula Vista, Jessica, originally from the southern state of Georgia, has worked with clients from throughout San Diego, including Coronado, La Jolla and Temecula. Though partial to San Diego, she would be happy to travel to Orange County to meet new and interesting people and to capture their treasured moments on their wedding day.
